One Tree Island Consulting encompasses a niche array of Courses, Learning and Community opportunities, and HR & People Operations Services available to local businesses and nonprofits in the Capital Region of New York and beyond. It was named after a tiny “island” on Kinderhook Lake, NY. It is both an homage to my local community and a metaphor for how the littlest things can have the largest impact. Part of my purpose is to help other people and organizations find or re-ignite their own. This is accomplished through thoughtful conversations, custom and scalable solutions, and resourceful, out-of-the-box thinking when we need to rise to the occasion to be different to get a different result.
